Who I Am
I’m Mike, founder of Birdies and Bombs and a golf performance coach, based in West London. I specialise in helping golfers increase swing speed, build strength, and stay injury-free through targeted strength & conditioning.
My training is built around proven systems:
TPI screening to identify mobility restrictions and swing inefficiencies
Force plate testing to measure force output and explosiveness
Golf-specific strength and speed development tailored to your body and goals
